Welcome to The New Majority Institute — a place where entrepreneurs like you can get the help they need to grow their businesses and start thriving, both personally and professionally.
Our goal is to inspire, educate, and empower underestimated self-funded entrepreneurs to build strong value-based businesses.
We believe that when Black, Brown and other underrepresented entrepreneurs are able to own growing companies, their communities will be transformed. This will shift the possibilities for their family legacies for generations to come.

Our Services
We provide two primary services that help entrepreneurs grow their businesses and personal brands.
Coaching
Participate in group coaching sessions where you will be surrounded with motivated like-minded entrepreneurs that understand your struggles. Build your network of support with our professional coaches as well as your peers as you help each other tackle your unique challenges.
Deep Dive
Need extra support, or want to get a crystal clear idea of where your blocks lie? The Deep Dive is a single intense three-hour experience that aims to uncover where you’re at and what you need to take your business to the next level. It includes guidance on how to conquer sales and how to be a good leader so you can break through your current revenue plateaus. Of course, you can always come back again, but my aim is for you to be “one and done.”
